CUSTOM PACKAGES AVAILABLE
Rental information- You can rent the billboard house for your next event . We have a beautiful space to accommodate many types of events. We will have tables and chairs set up on your arrival with linens on the table ready to decorate. Staffing, decorating, catering and many other amenities may be added!
If you bring food , it must be pre prepared and you must provide all your own eating and serving ware. We will provide ice and sound system.
You will not have assistance with event from our staff. Trash must be removed from building upon leaving . Staffing catering and other services can be added. If you are having an outdoor wedding or event you will have all set up responsibility and clean up. No red punch, confetti or glitter.
SATURDAY RENTAL of Facility…. with tables and chairs and a table linen 1200
WEEKDAY AND SUNDAY RENTALS … Sunday through Thursday 100 per hour – 350 for 4 hours……… and 75 for every additional hour
FRIDAY RENTAL for Wedding, Reception or event 1000 -
Friday - daytime rental only…. 300 minimum for 4 hours ….. and evening 700 minimum

• Unity candle stand or sand ceremony table with linens - you provide the sand
• Sound system and microphone for minister and announcements
• Facility rental for 4 hours before the event and 3.5 hours for the event
• Dressing Rooms for the bridal party
• Total wedding coordination (3-4 meetings) and 1 hour for wedding rehearsal scheduled for the week prior

• Elegantly Tiered Bridal Cake sitting on a gold or silver cake stand
• Groom's Cake Chocolate Tiered with chocolate shavings & strawberries dipped in chocolate or other similar type dessert of choice

• All lines in your color choice and and table centerpieces of candles and silk flowers in your color scheme and style
• Wedding and reception coordinator on staff to coordinate the day of wedding and rehearsal
